Job Description
The Architectural Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing architectural works throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that construction execution, technical office activities, quality standards, and project schedules are fully achieved.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all architectural aspects of construction projects
- Oversee site execution to ensure works are carried out per specifications
- Lead and coordinate technical office activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and contractual requirements
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers related to architectural works
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management
