Job Description
We are Emma – The Sleep Company. As a UX Design Intern, you will support the design of Emma’s global online store experience, helping us become the world’s leading sleep brand through intuitive, joyful, and high-performing user journeys. You will gain hands-on experience working with a modern e-commerce design workflow across research, UX, UI, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX research initiatives including user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations.
- Participate in designing user flows, wireframes, and interface concepts.
- Support the setup, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, analysts, and other designers.
- Help maintain and evolve the design system by creating new components and improving documentation.
Qualifications
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in UX/UI Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Digital Product Design, Psychology, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Solid foundation in UX design principles and digital product design processes.
- Basic hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma.
- Curiosity about user behavior, research methodologies, and data-informed design decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and motivation to continuously improve design skills.
