Depot Director/Operations Manager
Job Description
The Depot Director/Operations Manager is responsible for organizing, directing, supervising, and adjusting all operational activities at the depot to ensure the successful execution of assigned plans. This role plays a key part in managing people, processes, assets, and compliance to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop manpower plans and coordinate with the Recruitment team
- Organize onboarding and training programs for new hires
- Monitor compliance with company policies
- Prepare and monitor depot budgets
- Manage vehicle intake and market deployment
- Oversee tools, equipment, and assets
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair schedules
- Drive operational performance and improve KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Transportation or related fields
- 3–5 years in a management role within transportation, logistics, or service operations
