Job Description
Bayut KSA is the number one property portal in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, execute sales strategies, and foster client relationships within the real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Monitor performance using implemented KPIs and metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years in the Real Estate industry or property sales
- Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
- Fluency in English
