Job Description
Contribute to supporting the Training and Development project by conducting desk research to analyze labor market needs in the field of Information Technology, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics. The role involves developing innovative training initiatives targeting graduates and employees.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data related to the labor market in AI and Data fields
- Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting skill gaps
- Design and develop specialized training initiatives and bootcamps
- Identify target groups and tailor programs to their needs
- Prepare execution plans for training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in AI, Data Analytics, or managing training projects in these domains
- Comprehensive knowledge of the AI and Data labor market
- Proven ability to design specialized training programs and bootcamps
