Job Description
The Lead Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data engineering solutions across both OT and IT environments, ensuring consistent and governed data products.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize pipelines across OT and IT data sources
- Implement scalable ELT/ETL workflows
- Engineer unified data flows across remote mining sites
- Embed metadata capture and lineage tracking into pipelines
- Partner with business domains to understand data requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Eng or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering
