Warehouse Manager - Noon Minutes
Job Description
Lead a large, multi-level operational team to ensure seamless warehouse operations for Noon’s hyper-local delivery platform. Accountable for achieving KPIs and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large warehouse team
- Oversee end-to-end activities: inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch
- Ensure high operational efficiency and inventory accuracy
- Monitor stock integrity and minimize shrinkage
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
- 6–10 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Proven experience managing large multi-tier teams
