Operations Manager-Aviation Partner Solutions
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our Aviation team in Dubai. To support the efficient delivery of their Account Manager, as well as any other allocated contracts, in line with the commercial agreement. Ensuring delivery and service excellence, maintain profitability & customer satisfaction. Working as part of a dedicated Operations team, ensuring data integrity & accuracy are always maintained. Liaise with the relevant internal stakeholders including but not limited to finance, payroll, demand planning, recruitment, transport, accommodation, and HR services. Support the Account Manager in the management, development, implementation, communication and delivery of all areas of responsibilities relating to Transport, Aviation & Logistics across the group.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational performance of operations of the contract
- Facilitate on time deployments of all assets in line with client demand
- Understand the commercial aspects of the contract and monitor the operational management of the service
- Responsible for management of daily reporting with operational data to support review of contractual financial performance
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs)
- Proactively manage the relationship with the client in line with the RACI matrix
- Analyses trends and metrics to develop and enhance solutions
- Create comprehensive documentation for key processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- University or College education
