IT Infrastructure Specialist (Arabic Speaker)
Job Description
Provide technical support, maintain, develop and integrate critical information systems belonging to Regulated client with electronic networks and servers ensures the smoothness, effectiveness and security of the IT infrastructure and digital systems implemented within the department.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, maintain, develop and integrate critical information systems
- Ensures smoothness, effectiveness and security of the IT infrastructure
- Provide technical and IT support for Employees
- Communicate with IT Production teams
- Monitor and maintain servers, storage, and core IT infrastructure equipment
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for planned/unplanned outages
- Maintain documentation for SOPs, incident logs, configuration records, and daily reports
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in IT Infrastructure Support / Systems Administration
- Strong experience supporting Windows & Linux environments
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals (switching, routing, firewalls, VPN, Wi‑Fi)
- Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access controls
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
