Job Description
Namshi is seeking a Fashion Buyer to manage Outright and Marketplace seller models, focusing on driving profitable growth through brand partnerships and assortment planning.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end buying for assigned categories
- Plan assortment, pricing, margins, and inventory
- Identify, onboard, and scale strategic brand partnerships
- Lead commercial negotiations with distributors
- Manage marketplace sellers’ performance KPIs
- Analyse sales and trends to inform buying decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or Retail Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in buying, category management, or merchandising
- Experience working with marketplace sellers and brand partners is mandatory
