Manager, Business Development
Job Description
Lead growth initiatives across infrastructure, construction, industrial, and service sectors. Expanding market presence and strengthening client engagement in line with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and track new business and project opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking
- Lead preparation of EOIs, RFQs, and prequalifications
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and government entities
- Represent company at industry events
- Manage pipeline in CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 6–10 years’ experience in business development or pre-sales within infrastructure
