Senior Business Development Manager
Job Description
We are hiring a high-performance Sr. Business Development Manager to drive UAE-wide revenue growth for our multi-service home services company (cleaning, AC, maintenance, pest control, handyman). This role combines aggressive sales ownership with management of the existing operations team to ensure delivery, quality, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business and revenue growth across all Emirates
- Close AMC, corporate, residential, and bulk service contracts
- Build partnerships with real estate, property management, FM companies, and developers
- Manage and coordinate the existing operations team to ensure SLA compliance
- Align sales commitments with operational capacity
- Push cross-selling and upselling across multiple services
- Own monthly and quarterly targets and performance reporting
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in business development or operations-led sales
- Mandatory experience in multi-service home services / FM / maintenance
- Valid UAE driving license required
