Job Description
Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for construction and engineering projects. The role involves analyzing tender documents and coordinating with procurement and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of cost estimates and BOQs
- Analyze tender documents and specifications to identify risks
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for technical inputs
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
