Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced BSS/OSS Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives for a major telecom operator in Bahrain. Responsibilities include full lifecycle delivery, stakeholder management, and coordination across technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects within scope, time, and budget
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors
- Lead client engagements and expectation management
- Identify and mitigate risks
Qualifications
- Strong experience across BSS/OSS domains
- Knowledge of Oracle BRM, UIM, OSM
- Ability to translate requirements into specifications
