Sustainability Manager
Job Description
The Sustainability Manager will be responsible for leading and executing key sustainability initiatives across all Operating Companies (OpCos), ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability commitments, global best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of waste reduction initiatives
- Collect, collate, and analyze total and local spend data across all OpCos
- Drive supplier engagement for annual Scope 3 emissions survey
- Lead local supplier capability assessments
- Design, implement, and manage career accelerator programs
- Ensure 100% delivery of sustainability training for employees and Tier 1 suppliers by 2028
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability, procurement, or corporate social responsibility
