Job Description
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key construction and industrial clients. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring Hilti’s innovative solutions are effectively integrated into ongoing projects, driving value, efficiency, and long-term customer loyalty. Hilti is a global leader in construction innovation with more than 34,000 team members across 120 countries.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own customer portfolio
- Demonstrate and sell innovative products and software
- Delivering consultative solutions that drive customer success
- Collaborate with a supportive team and report to your regional sales manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, project management, or construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and stakeholder dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
