Aircraft Technical Inspector (CH47) - Buehring, Kuwait
Job Description
The CH47 Aircraft Technical Inspector is responsible for maintaining the Quality Control, Environmental and Safety Programs at the field level in support of assigned aircraft and Support Equipment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, remove, install, and calibrate complex aircraft mechanical systems.
- Perform flight safety inspections and functional operational tests.
- Approve or reject work to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Monitor tool control programs and maintain calibration records.
- Conduct daily work site Safety Inspections.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience.
- At least one-year experience inspecting CH47 aircraft.
- Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P).
- Valid FAA Inspection Authorization (IA).
