Job Description
The Food Services Team Lead is responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating all food services activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality operations. The role oversees food service delivery across inpatient units, cafeterias, catering, and related services.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and supervise all food services activities
- Oversee food service delivery across inpatient units and cafeterias
- Manage external vendors and contracts
- Ensure excellence in nutrition, safety, and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Services, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in food services management
- HACCP or related certifications are preferred
- Fluency in English
