Lead Technical Records
Job Description
We are looking for a professional to lead and develop the Technical Records Department, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence. You will oversee the full lifecycle of aircraft and maintenance records, ensuring alignment with GACA regulations, lessor requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Technical Records team
- Oversee the full lifecycle of aircraft and maintenance records
- Ensure alignment with GACA regulations and lessor requirements
- Manage audits and address discrepancies
- Primary point of contact for lessors and auditors
Qualifications
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 7 years in aircraft Technical Records
- Proven experience in handling Aircraft Delivery Documents and reports during redelivery
- Experience in using AMOS is highly desirable
