Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the administration, management, and security of the bank's operating systems. This role involves coordinating the efforts of the operating systems team to ensure the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor a team of engineers and designers
- Conduct performance reviews and track KPIs
- Manage team workload and resource allocation
- Lead development and maintenance of OS-level software (Linux, Windows)
- Oversee HCI design and implementation
- Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and security
- Participate in architectural reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in OS development or HCI, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role
