Job Description

Participate in organizing customer prospecting actions, conduct commercial actions, advise clients on products and services, and ensure correct processing of financing applications. Responsible for managing bank cards and checkbooks while adhering to bank standards.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in organizing customer prospecting actions inside and outside the agency
  • Conduct commercial actions with clients in their portfolio
  • Advise clients and offer them products and services
  • Ensure the correct processing of financing applications
  • Ensure the follow-up and proper handling of requests and complaints
  • Take charge of the management and follow-up of bank cards and checkbooks

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent
  • Initial experience in sales, ideally in a banking or financial environment
