The Human Resources Manager plays a critical role in driving growth by leading high-impact recruiting strategies and managing competitive benefits programs. This position attracts and retains top talent and ensures HR practices align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine recruiting strategies for skilled trades and professional staff
  • Own full-cycle recruitment including workforce planning and onboarding
  • Lead benefits strategy with emphasis on medical plan design and cost control
  • Partner with brokers to negotiate medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Serve as trusted contact for employee relations and policy inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Success in high-volume or hard-to-fill recruiting environments
  • Experience negotiating and administering medical and employee benefits
  • Construction industry experience strongly preferred
