Assistant Bar Manager

Ensuring that the Restaurants Bar section, Bar is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing warm and genuine service delivered with passion and dedication, exceeding our guests’ expectations at all times. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of brand promise, reinforcing Rosewood Hotels and Resorts culture, spending time in public areas observing associate-guest interaction, and resolving guest and associate complaints. Manage front and back of house stock levels, communicate performance business successes and concerns, and oversee all T&C administration including reviews and scheduling. Maintain full knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and menu characteristics. Act as a brand ambassador, adhering to hygiene, health, and safety standards while fostering a professional rapport with guests and managing various hotel systems like Micros and Open Table.
