Recruitment Officer
Job Description
The overall purpose of the role is to provide a professional and efficient recruitment service to the business. The Recruitment Officer is responsible for filling vacancies within their area of responsibility in a timely and efficient manner and will be integral to the delivery of key recruitment business projects.
Responsibilities
- Management of recruitment and selection activities
- Formulation of job descriptions and advertising in Job portals
- Build a strong network of resources on LinkedIn
- Create a Database of resumes
- Manage and co-ordinate manpower planning
- Screen and shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews
- Prepare offer letters/Contracts and negotiate salaries
- Send purchase requests for Uniforms and accommodation items
- Arrange joining tickets and Airport pickup
- Submit documents to L&D, Payroll, and Admin
- Conducting HR induction sessions
- Maintain Employment/Recruitment Tracker
- Conduct walk-in drives locally and overseas
- Collaborate with Local universities
- Coordinate with local agencies for outsourcing staff
- Lead and manage various HR projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 yrs. experience in same field
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in HRM
