Job Description
As an Area Sales Executive your main focus will be to achieve best point of sale volumes and placements. In order to reach the defined sales targets, you will be in charge of managing and organizing territories and clients to ensure integration with all headquarter business initiatives and Functions.
Responsibilities
- Implementing Ferrero Building Blocks in all NKA and LKA stores in the assigned territory
- Managing and organizing assigned territories, stores and clients
- Following the set routing plan and procedure of visit in the Point of Sales
- Controlling Merchandiser Agency performance
- Monitoring and reporting in-store execution level with Sales Force Automation tools
- Setting and monitoring Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets
- Maximizing product sellout and obtaining best visibility spots
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably +2 years of experience in field sales
- Fluency both in English and Turkish
- Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets
- Knowledge of MS office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Driving license
