Job Description
Jumeirah is looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager for an Italian / Mediterranean restaurant. You will oversee the provision of excellent service, handle guest complaints, and collaborate with chefs to develop strategies for revenue generation. This role is exclusive to Saudi Nationals with a luxury hospitality background.
Responsibilities
- Exceed guest expectations through efficient and attentive service
- Oversee service provision and engage with guests for feedback
- Handle guest complaints efficiently
- Ensure team members adhere to work schedules
- Assist in F&B events and culinary competitions
- Collaborate with Chefs to develop sales promotion strategies
Qualifications
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 2 years within the same role in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant
- Minimum 6 years within the culinary department including previous senior management position
- Possess previous HACCP management training
