Job Description
Blastcon Australia is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives in Canada. This entry-level role focuses on responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat using CRM tools like Zendesk and Salesforce. Candidates will manage tickets, process orders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat
- Log, prioritize and escalate tickets in the CRM/ticketing system
- Maintain accurate customer records and document troubleshooting steps
- Follow standard operating procedures to process orders and returns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close customer issues
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Customer service orientation and tech-curiosity
