Job Description

The Equipment Integrity Engineer ensures the proper lifecycle management, functionality, and compliance of all gaming equipment across the studio. The role combines technical expertise with operational oversight to maintain equipment integrity, optimize performance, and support business growth through the integration of new technologies and preventive maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all gaming equipment and ensure data is updated
  • Develop and implement strategies for equipment replacement, upgrades, and lifecycle management
  • Provide technical training and support to equipment specialists
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex equipment issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Training, Risk/Surveillance, HR)
  • Finalize and maintain technical and regulatory documentation for all equipment
  • Research, recommend, and advise senior management on acquisition of new or specialized equipment

Qualifications

  • University degree (technical, engineering, or related field)
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience
  • Strong technical, mechanical, and electronic knowledge
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Advanced computer skills (data analysis, reporting, database management)
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills
