Job Description
You will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for delivering operational excellence across all avionics systems for Riyadh Air, ensuring the fleet is safe, compliant, reliable, and defect-free.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement avionics maintenance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GACA, EASA, and FAA requirements.
- Serve as primary technical authority for complex troubleshooting.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers.
- Manage relationships with OEMs and suppliers.
- Oversee modification and upgrade programs.
- Manage avionics spare parts strategies.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Avionics.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial aviation avionics maintenance.
- At least 3 years leading technical teams.
- Knowledge of flight management, navigation, and communication systems.
- Experience on modern aircraft (A320/A350/B787) preferred.
