Job Description
Are you a service-focused leader with a passion for hospitality excellence? We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who will oversee daily outlet operations, lead service teams, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences across food and beverage venues.
Responsibilities
- Supervising daily operations of assigned food & beverage outlets.
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the service team to deliver excellent guest service.
- Ensuring service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained at all times.
- Assisting in staff scheduling, duty rosters, and manpower planning.
- Handling guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally.
- Coordinating closely with Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams for smooth service flow.
- Monitoring stock levels, equipment usage, and minimizing wastage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Senior Waiter, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and operations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
- Relevant hospitality qualifications will be an advantage.
