Job Description
As Team Manager, you will be a key ambassador for Burberry, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding client experiences while driving store performance across all product categories.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Act as a brand and product ambassador on the shop floor
- Support training and development of team members
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail with demonstrated success in team leadership
- Strong commercial awareness and experience working towards KPIs
