Job Description
Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with overall business objectives and growth initiatives. Develop and implement comprehensive HR programs tailored to the construction industry, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

- 15+ years of progressive experience in construction industry with direct exposure to field operations
