Doknah is looking for a Sales Assistant in Riyadh. The role involves assisting customers with product information, processing transactions via POS systems, maintaining an organized sales floor, and collaborating with the sales team to meet monthly targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing detailed product information and addressing their queries
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and drive sales initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales environments
- Fluency in English
