Shiji Group, a global hospitality technology company, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on selling cloud-based hotel technology solutions including PMS, POS, and guest engagement tools.
Responsibilities
- Implement sales plans to expand market presence in KSA hospitality
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects
- Lead end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing
- Coordinate with dealers to ensure sales targets are met
- Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing for customer needs alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or IT
- 6-10 years of experience in marketing/selling hotel IT solutions
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of PMS and revenue management strategies
