Business Analyst - Retail
Job Description
The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between business needs and digital solutions, working closely with stakeholders and Hubs to ensure systems and software align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements
- Convert business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Perform gap analysis to understand current processes
- Identify and drive process improvements
- Ensure local solution designs align with business goals and global standards
- Work with Hub, Regional, and Global D&T teams to design business solutions
- Help develop business cases for innovation projects using cost-benefit analyses
- Oversee solution delivery dependencies
- Manage vendors and budgets for locally developed solutions
Qualifications
- 4/5+ years experience required in a similar role in an international environment
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Professional certifications in project management or data analytics are advantageous
