Responsibilities

  • Manages the relevant category on a local level within guidelines
  • Responsible for portfolio deployment, range management, and artwork development
  • Local brand management, compiling and sharing key market insights
  • Ownership of daily execution and working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Support category performance through market and consumer insights.

Qualifications

  • BA in Marketing / Management / Industrial Engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience in an international FMCG company, in Marketing
  • Experience in brand management of products which are emotionally important for the end customers
  • Good at working with consumer insight data (Nielsen)
  • Closely tracking the consumer trends with forward thinking approach
  • Result driven way of working
  • Good analytical and communication skills & team work
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in agency management
  • Good presentation skills
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Excellent command of English & Turkish
