Assistant Brand Manager
Job Description

Responsibilities
- Manages the relevant category on a local level within guidelines
- Responsible for portfolio deployment, range management, and artwork development
- Local brand management, compiling and sharing key market insights
- Ownership of daily execution and working closely with cross-functional teams
- Support category performance through market and consumer insights.
Qualifications
- BA in Marketing / Management / Industrial Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in an international FMCG company, in Marketing
- Experience in brand management of products which are emotionally important for the end customers
- Good at working with consumer insight data (Nielsen)
- Closely tracking the consumer trends with forward thinking approach
- Result driven way of working
- Good analytical and communication skills & team work
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in agency management
- Good presentation skills
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Excellent command of English & Turkish
