Job Description
To enable, govern, and optimize Alghanim's omnichannel commercial systems including Promotions, Wallet, Refund workflows, PIM/content data flows, etc.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison between Business and IT
- Conduct structured business analysis
- Collaborate with Commercial, Category, Marketing teams
- Drive UAT planning and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- 6 – 8 years overall experience, with strong exposure to Retail / E-commerce
