Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing qualified candidates for blue and white collar roles
- Relationship management with recruitment platforms
- Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably with blue collar recruitment
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment consultancies
- Construction Industry/ Manpower Supply Industry: 2 years (Required)
- Contracting company background: 2 years (Required)
