Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The role plays a key part in building a professional, compliant, and people-focused workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files
- Lead recruitment activities
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
- Handle employee concerns and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations
- Manage visas and labor contracts
- Implement performance review systems and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
