People Operations Specialist
Job Description
As the backbone of our People function, you’ll help streamline and optimize processes, maintain scalable systems, and ensure compliance in an ever-evolving landscape. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the core elements of our People Ops experience.
Responsibilities
- Run onboarding, transitions, and offboarding logistics
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions
- Own day-to-day People systems administration
- Maintain People policies and stay on top of employment laws
- Own and improve the People Ops knowledge base
- Manage leave administration and tracking
- Partner closely with the Benefits team
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role in a high-growth environment
- Proven expertise with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ATS)
- Solid understanding of employment regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting global teams
- Meticulous attention to detail
