Trade Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across key trade partners, including pharmacies and online retailers across Kuwait and the Middle East. The role focuses on traditional and trade marketing execution, ensuring that centrally produced marketing assets are accurately implemented across partner platforms and retail environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the brand and pharmacy chains, optical retailers, and online platforms
- Coordinate and schedule marketing campaigns with suppliers
- Ensure correct placement and timely rollout of campaigns
- Translate centrally created marketing content into executable assets
- Oversee implementation of website banners, homepage takeovers, and in-store visuals
- Support the development and maintenance of a trade marketing calendar
- Review and approve final executions with partners to ensure brand guidelines
Qualifications
- 3–6 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing
- Proven experience working with pharmacies, FMCG retailers, or multi-brand retail partners
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing planning and execution
- Experience coordinating campaigns across online retail platforms and physical stores
