Business Development Executive
Job Description
As a Business Development Executive for the Fashion category in KSA, you will play a key role in expanding noon’s fashion portfolio by identifying, onboarding, and growing high-potential brands and sellers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with local and international fashion partners, driving category growth, and ensuring we maintain a competitive and trend-forward assortment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new fashion brands and sellers
- Build and manage strong relationships with key brand partners
- Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and promotional plans
- Analyze sales performance and market trends
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Drive revenue growth through assortment expansion and pricing optimization
- Monitor KPIs such as GMV, margin, and sell-through
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or category management
- Strong understanding of the KSA fashion market and consumer trends
- Proven negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
