Job Description

Develop and implement Energizer’s strategic goals in the South region, managing customers directly and through the local agents’ sales force. Lead customer business plans to increase revenue while maximizing Net Sales and Gross Margin.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the area sales force to achieve targets.
  • Review area performance and refine strategies.
  • Lead local customer negotiations.
  • Manage promotional activity planning and execution.
  • Coach and advise local agents.

Qualifications

  • Degree-level education in business/commercial management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial environment.
  • Proven negotiation skills and P&L responsibility.
