Job Description
The Technical Coordinator supports the delivery of engineering and technical works by coordinating across all engineering disciplines within the Design & Build project framework. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day technical coordination, tracking, and documentation of design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination and integration of design information
- Review design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance
- Identify and resolve design discrepancies and clashes
- Prepare regular progress updates and trackers
- Coordinate technical communications between consultants and contractors
- Manage RFIs, technical queries, and design clarifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture or Structural preferred)
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant engineering experience
- Proficiency in engineering and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM)
- Strong professional proficiency in English
