Facilities Supervisor
Job Description
To oversee and manage company accommodation and related facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for employees in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of company accommodation and facilities
- Manage room allocation and maintain updated occupancy records
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and repair activities
- Liaise with contractors and service providers
- Monitor utilities consumption and conduct regular inspections
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred) or Business Administration
- 2–5 years of experience in accommodation, facilities, or camp management
