Job Description

Responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of a team of van sales representatives to achieve sales targets, ensure effective route coverage, maintain strong customer relationships, and execute company sales and distribution strategies in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a team of van sales representatives
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize van routes
  • Monitor sales performance, productivity, and adherence to sales routes
  • Conduct regular field visits to coach and train representatives
  • Ensure proper execution of promotions, pricing, and merchandising standards
  • Monitor stock availability, van inventory, and returns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor activities
  • Ensure timely submission of sales and route reports
  • Enforce compliance with company SOPs and credit policies

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, with prior exposure to van sales operations
