Acrylic Production Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Acrylic Production Manager to lead and manage our acrylic manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, supervise workshop teams, ensure quality standards, control costs, and deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day acrylic production operations, including cutting, bending, bonding, polishing, and finishing
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines and project requirements
- Supervise production staff, technicians, and machine operators
- Ensure product quality meets company and client standards
- Monitor material usage, reduce waste, and control production costs
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Procurement teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of CNC routers, laser machines, and acrylic fabrication equipment
- Implement health & safety procedures within the workshop
- Prepare production reports and track KPIs (output, efficiency, quality, downtime)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in acrylic production or related manufacturing field
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred)
