Administration / HR Officer
Job Description
HERMAS Real Estate Broker LLC is looking for an organized and proactive Administration / HR Officer to support our growing team in Dubai. Responsibilities include knowledge of property listing portals (Bayut, Property Finder), understanding of Dubai real estate policies, RERA regulations, and experience with Trakheesi permits and contracts.

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruitment and onboarding
- Handle property listing portals and RERA regulations
- Manage Trakheesi permits and contracts
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in Admin/HR role
- Real estate experience is a strong advantage
