Job Description
The Bid Manager is responsible for coordinating stakeholders involved in RFQ responses and submitting DGF answers in a timely manner. The role acts as the project manager for pre-bid and post-bid phases and serves as the interface between the Commercial Owner and DGF resources.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate stakeholders for RFQ responses
- Manage pre-bid and post-bid phases
- Deploy Global Bid tool in the country
- Host kick-off and regular follow-up meetings
- Manage approvals for bids across products, finance, and legal
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3-5 years Freight forwarding experience recommended
- Minimum of 2 years Freight Forwarding/ RFQ Pricing /Bid management experience
