Job Description

Unilumin Group Co. Ltd. is a global leader in the LED industry, specializing in the development, manufacturing, sales, and integrated LED display solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in the Riyadh Region. The role focuses on expanding Unilumin’s presence within government and semi-government sectors, with a strong preference for experience in the sports and stadiums sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and driving project-based sales across public sector entities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within government and semi-government organizations
  • Lead business development activities related to sports projects, including stadiums, arenas, federations, clubs, and major events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and project owners
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract award
  • Participate in tenders, RFPs, and government procurement processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized LED solutions
  • Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven experience selling to government and semi-government sectors
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the sports sector (stadiums, arenas, sports facilities, events)
  • Solid understanding of public sector procurement, tenders, and project-based sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
